I'm Jason Chen, a passionate Data Science Researcher with a strong foundation in Financial Technology and Data Science. Currently pursuing my M.Sc. in Financial Technology at Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, I hold a B.Sc. in Data Science and Big Data Technology from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, Shenzhen. I am currently seeking internship opportunities in Data Science, Data Analysis, or related fields in Singapore to further apply my skills and contribute to impactful projects.

Research Experience

My research endeavors have led to the development of innovative models, such as a GNN-GLU model for multivariate time series forecasting and an NBA player rating model using XGBoost. These projects have deepened my understanding of machine learning and statistical modeling, enabling me to contribute to both academic and industry-focused work.

Personal Interests

When I'm not immersed in data and code, I enjoy staying active with Marathon running, Basketball, CrossFit, and playing the Piano. I also have a keen interest in Comedy and FPS games.
